Fit Clubs — 22 September 2011
This was the first time that we did the Insanity: Asylum Game Day Workout at 813 Fit Club. A full 60 minute sports specific training workout consisting of Track & Field, Wrestling, Swimming, Soccer, and even some Surfing!
Everyone had a blast, but most of all, we had the best workout ever! Check out some of our photos here.
If you are looking to become a better athlete, train for an endurance race, or just get super fit, then I highly recommend the Insanity Asylum Program. It’s “Indoor Training for the Outside World”, as Tony Horton would say =).
